Welcome back!  Today I will distribute the permission slips for "He Named Me Malala".  You MUST bring back the signed permission slip by Thursday if you want to watch the documentary.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our class has recently finished reading I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai.  In this memoir, Malala

This is the storyline:

for speaking out on girls' education followed by the aftermath, including her speech to the United
Nations.  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3065132/
